Return Policy

• Return items within 14 days of delivery
• All products must be unworn and unwashed
• All products must be free of deodorant marks, perfume, lotion or other stains
• Hygienic liner intact and not removed

Process for return: 

• email ShVimwear@gmail.com to initiate a return. Please provide order date and name
• Once your return is received and inspected refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect (please contact us within 7 days if this applies to your shipment)
